You exceeded my expectations (which are high). We had a beautiful wedding day and the weather was fabulous. Your people were wonderful to deal with. They were very professional, organized and lots of attention to detail. The temperature of the food was hot and the salads etc, were fresh and cold. Your work areas were very clean. I can’t believe how amazing the steaks were. They were “melt in your mouth tender” and everyone had it done to their liking. Even the potatoes were a hit as were the desserts. I noticed that there was minimal waste in the garbage.

I am sorry I did not get the lady’s name that we coordinated with that evening, but she was polite, friendly, and very organized. She really knew what to do. Gave us direction and kept us in the loop. All your people were awesome. The whole meal was spectacular and I have already recommended you to many others. I know that some people picked up your cards as well.
